Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Used baby hygiene products may not be eligible for return unless defective. Items damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear may also be excluded.
